This national initiative is a recognition program led by the National Engineers Week Foundation which recognizes the best and brightest 3rd, 4th, and 5th year engineering students by highlighting their academic success and student contributions to the industry and participating engineering society.

- Qualifications/Method of Selection
To be considered as one of NSPE's New Faces of Engineering, College Edition, you must be an NSPE member and a 3rd, 4th, or 5th year engineering student enrolled in a Bachelor's of Science in Engineering program at an ABET accredited college or university (or equivalent international educational institution) and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Presentation
Individuals selected from the various engineering societies will be featured in the monthly journals and Web sites of each society and their college and local newspapers will also be notified. Winners will also be prominently featured on the College Edition Facebook page.
- Application Format
Fill out the
application which requires the student's photo (JPG format), a list of accomplishments, and four short questions. Your application will be submitted online and then forwarded to NSPE for consideration.
Deadline
Submission deadline is October 21.
